- Knowledge of pastry.

- Ability to work and organize.

- High standards of hygiene and food safety.
- Experience in managing kitchen teams.
- Willingness to work shifts.

Responsibilities:

- Complying with the demanding standards set by the Chef de Cuisine.
- Planning work in the kitchen, reporting to the Head Chef.
- Organizing service, preparing menus and cooking dishes.
- Knowing the level of acceptance of each dish by analyzing the menu.
- Collaborating in the cleaning of the kitchen, utensils and other equipment.
